All orders are subject to credit approval.

Net 30: Open account status will be extended to customers who have provided satisfactory credit information. To be considered for a Net 30 account please fill out our online credit application or print the application and fax the completed form to 330-674-2970.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted as payment options. The proper billing name, billing address, card number, expiration date and security code must be provided when placing an order. Shipment will be made when the proper card authorizations have been obtained.

COD: Cash on delivery orders are subject to an additional UPS charge of $11 per package in the shipment. Company checks, certified checks or money orders will be accepted as payment for COD shipments.

Non-sufficient Funds: Returned checks will result in a $15.00 charge to your account balance and may affect your account status.
