- Safely back wind the torsion springs in tricky “slipped cable” situations
- Easily slide and tighten the solid steel hub on either end of the torsion shaft to back wind the torsion springs using a 5/8″ winding bar, unwrap, and re-install the cables on drum
- Can be used on 1″ solid or hollow shafts
